Amika “Tinka Money” Wilson is a Jamaican singer/songwriter, born in Clarendon, Jamaica. Tinka grew up loving music from a tender age; from listening to artists such as: Josey Wales, Charlie Chaplin and Brigadier Jerry. At 9 years old, Tinka began writing lyrics which came quite naturally to him. Tinka Money attended Clarendon College for 5 years. Upon graduating he began his music career, by adding sound to those lyrics at the age of 20. Tinka Money is best know for his songs Cyan Sleep, Proud A Mi and Hot A Bubble. Tinka Money is a genuine artist who is not interested in the hype of becoming popular, but for the love he receives from fans.
