Delano Dwight Dixon, born on the 5th March 1971 in the city of Kingston Jamaica. A conscious Reggae and Dancehall artist with the stage name of ‘Jah Formula’
Delano was raised in the Swallowfield an area of Kingston close to the National Stadium, he was a pupil of the St. Andrew Technical High School. while at school Delano had two vices, the first was soccer he played for his local Swallowfield team, his second Vice was music from a young age he began writing his own songs. Jah Formula first hit the music scene by writing and producing songs with a few young Miami based musicians. In 2011 he launched his own record label ‘Yard Motivators’ continuing to write, produce and sing his own lyrics his first release was ‘Baby don’t worry’
The name Jah Formula comes from his strong belief that there is only one Jah (Jehovah) and only one Formula for the world (peace and love). Jah Formula is a cultural man who likes to live a natural way life believing in the one creator, the creator of all man kind.
