Delisser ‘Kharuso’ McFarlane took top prize in 2010 for the Jamaican Festival Song Competition. At the time, Kharuso received one of the richest prize package in the history of the competition taking home more than 1.1 million dollars(JMD) in cash and a brand new 2010 Nissan Tiida motor car.
